It is 3am and I have work tomorrow, and I can not sleep.
I did only just wake up 30 mins ago, having fallen asleep to watching Sherlock curled up with the boyfriend, but now I am wide awake!
Our sleep cycles are funny things, with so many people having different opinions telling us different things or lengths of time we should be asleep.
All I know is I need to fall asleep as I won’t function on 3 hours of sleep and I have failed at not waking up the boyfriend trying to get my self back to sleep.
So why 3 hours? Why now! And why can’t I just sleep!
